Help from a Professional
Today I met with a personal trainer at my gym and she started me on a training program. I am starting with machines that work several muscles at once Then in a few weeks she will change it up so that my routine includes more specific exercises.
Last time I weighed in at the gym I was at 150.4 (February), today I was at 159. Yikes. That's nine pounds in less than six months. (35.4% body fat)
I am concerned about my shoulder. It was sore with some of the exercises. Hope it gets better soon so I can really focus on this new routine.
