Control Issues
So I know it is not about the food, the exercise, the calories...well not all of it. A calorie is a calorie which leads to weight loss or gain. For me it is about control. Not the contol of not eating that chocolate.. but contol of my life and situation. Right now I am in transtiion in my life and having control of my days and weeks is a struggle. This leads to eating. If I have control of my surroundings then I eat well if I am not in control of what is going on .. I eat and eat some more. This is my way of taking control.
