Running Goal
Feeling sick today, need to journal but have been putting it off for some reason. Maybe I figure that when I write stuff down it makes it real and then I will actually have to commit again.
I did go to the gym today. I am very excited about my MP3 player and have lots of music to add to it. I can change it up regularly and always be excited about my workouts. I started running on the treadmill today. Ran for over ten minutes at a 5 mile per hour pace. Easier than I thought it would be. My plan is to work up in the gym to be able to run around the block without stopping about 4 miles. What is a good goal for running a mile?
Eat lots of veggies tomorrow. Drink lots of water. Fruit. Try new weight program. Stay away from sugary yucky foods.
