My Body Thrives on Movement

So I have remained at 145lbs and I have not been tracking my food intake for over a month. I like it!

I make better choices on some days then others. Keeping my face clear is a huge motivation.

I took a few weeks off from the gym, started school again and was pretty busy. Now I am back at it and I just love it. I feel good when I exercise and even better after. My body thrives on movement. I started running on the treadmill. Up to 10 minutes at a time at 6 miles per hour. Back at squash too. And I have joined a challenge at my gym to workout there at least 3 times a week for twelve weeks. I am there anyways, might as well have some fun. I will be measured in on Saturday, it begins Feb 14.
