Fresh Goals
So I have had a few weeks of careless eating and activity. I am not complaining it was sure needed but I am ready to go full gear again. My weigh in on Thursday was 145lbs, so I have continued to maintain even without tracking my food intake.
It was true that after I eased up on the sugary treats my face cleared up, not totally, cause I still had some treats here and there but enough for a night out at New Year’s Eve. I am feeling somewhat better from the cold, still a little stuffed up and mostly weak because I have not done much activity. I wrote goals last night to help me focus for the New Year.
Fitness Goals
- To increase push-up quantity - My plan is to start with 3 sets of twelve on my weight training days (modified) and then move to regular push ups when I am able.
- I will add a weight training session on every two weeks and if I can once a week. – switch up exercises every 4-6 weeks.
- Do abs regularly with cardio sessions.
- Run around block. About 3.5-5 miles. I will walk and run on treadmill and outside to add running time. I will write down my starting point and progress in my training journal.
Diet Goals
- Try one new recipe a week.
- Drink water water water.
